Reviewed Grilled Swordfish with Grilled Caponata
"I was in the mood for swordfish, found this recipe and JUST finished making the caponata. I could eat just THAT with some bread and cheese for dinner, it's that good! Next time I'll double the recipe. Can't wait for dinner!"
Reviewed Pat's Stuffed Turkey Burgers
"My husband and I LOVED this burger...we did substitute the jack cheese with slices of blue cheese and didn't grill the tomatoes. We used fresh from the backyard garden tomatoes and a little S&P with plain mayo. We also used whole grain naan instead of rolls and just inhaled the whole beautiful mess!"
Reviewed Roman-style Chicken
"My husband made this for dinner last night and I was blown away! Tasted like a restaurant meal. Yummy!""
Reviewed Tossed Angel Hair Pasta
"Lindyque, the pasta works with the sauce you make with the fish....it's nice to have something to soak it up with! I love this dish, I make it about twice a month. Try it all together! ""
Reviewed Mushroom-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
"Great flavors, and drizzling the parsley-lemon oil over the slices pulled it all together. I followed Rebalene's advice and used wet kitchen twine instead of toothpicks. I'll make this again for another crowd! Everyone loved it."
Reviewed Florentine Mac and Cheese and Roast Chicken Sausage Meatballs
"So good, so quick to pull together. Make sure to let the sauce thicken and perhaps add a little grated Parm at the table. I made fresh breadcrumbs and I think that prevented the meatballs from becoming too dry. We loved it! I'll make this again.
