Reviewed Mexican Lasagne

"Very easy veggie weeknight recipe with impressive results! My husband and I do not like really really spicy foods, so I substituted the chili pepper for a can of pre-chopped green chilies. Otherwise, did not change the recipe at all. Would recommend a large dish--it makes a lot! It came out of the oven and after one bite, my husband gave it rave reviews. This is going to be a staple now--thanks, Nigella

Reviewed Sake Salmon and Rice

"I'm not a huge salmon lover, but my husband is, so I'm always looking for new recipes for tasty salmon. This has quickly become a staple in our house. I've played with the marinade a bit-sometimes I don't have everything (I've used vodka instead of sake, as she mentioned in her show; and I've also used regular oil w/some chili powder (didn't have chili-infused oil and wasabi paste instead of mustard (didn't want to buy an entire bottle. No matter what I've done, though--it always turns out great!
