Reviewed Baked Chicken Tenders

"The chicken WAS very moist and tender, but the coating was not crispy at all, even with extra cooking time. I added hot sauce to the mayonnaise for some kick and omitted the cheese. I think next time I will reduce the mayo and use panko crumbs to shoot for more crunch. I like the concept and the speed, but it needs some tweaking."

Reviewed Baked Chicken

"Delicious - just like my Mom's baked chicken. I used thighs and legs since they were on sale and soaked the chicken in milk for a couple of hours before baking (my grandma's trick). I did replace the butter with olive oil since DH and I are watching cholesterol. Served it with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli. Yum!"
