Reviewed Salmon with Brown Sugar and Mustard Glaze

This was delicious. I started it on the stove, then put it under the broiler, put some more of the sauce on it, then finished it on the stove. The skin come out nice and crispy, and the sauce was amazing. I was afraid that it would be too mustardy for me, but it wasn't at all.""
