"BEST SUGAR COOKIES I HAVE EVER TRIED! I had a hard time not eating the whole batch BEFORE I even got the chance to ice them! Perfect sweetness, perfect texture, perfect flavor! Only thing is, I rolled them pretty thin and the dough kept falling apart, so I had to go really slow in cutting out shapes. Will make them thicker next time. I also used his royal icing on these cookies and it is just fantastic! Thank you so much for an outstanding recipe!!!! It's going to be a holiday tradition for my family now!
