even with gluten free bread crumbs, and gluten free home made panko bread crumbs (smashed up gluten free croutons), this recipe was really, really good! the only problem with frying with GF bread crumbs is that they burn really quickly so my suggestion is to use about 1" of oil to cook the beef strips in and don't go past two blinks of an eye beca"

This was really good! Really, really good! I cut the recipe in half and used a bone-in split chicken breast and baked it for 50 mins to 170 degrees and it came out sooooo moist! We then cut it off of the breast bone... will definitely make this 1,000 times more!
