"This was a really great tasting risotto. The lemon adds such a fresh flavor. Using the recipe was the first time I've ever tried to make risotto and it turned out great. One thing to note that that you have to watch the rice and pretty much almost boil between adding the ladles of chicken broth. During this step of the recipe, don't get hung up on the recipe; just keep adding broth once it looks like it needs it and stir! Enjoy.
