I'm amazed at the amount of flavor this recipe packs - absolutely delicious, will make again. Followed the recipe exactly except I omitted the thyme. Perfect amount of seasoning. Doesn't need cheese or bacon, pepper jelly was cool but may have overshadowed the burger a bit with sweetness.

I made this tonight after seeing Sunny make it on the show and it was delicious. The apple butter added a nice touch of sweetness and a richness to the gravy, as she mentioned on the show. I certainly had my doubts, but it went really nicely with the pork. I�m not sure that tomatoes were the best choice for a topping here � maybe apples or something...

I've been making this for a few years now and have been wanting to post my thoughts for quite sometime. This recipe is delicious. The flavors are all on point. Sometimes, instead of stuffing the pork chops--especially if they're thin-- I saute the apple mixture and just include it as a component of the sauce instead. It's not quite the same, "

The pork was moist and flavorful, and, overall, really easy to put together. However, the spices in the grill seasoning were overwhelming, and needed something to counterbalance it. I would definitely make this again but I would use more coriander and probably just use salt instead of the grill seasoning. "
