"These shrimp cakes are delicious! For two years they have been the first course for Christmas dinner. They have also been lunch for my friends and dinner for my husband and me. I've made them big and small, with remoulade sauce, pineapple salsa, peach salsa, and just a squirt of lemon. They've always been a big hit. They have become a staple 'go-to' recipe in my kitchen.
