My Activity

Reviewed Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops

"I tried this with a pork roast. Worked great.

NOTE for next time: Used a RASP rather than grater for parma. Worked better because it made the cheese lighter, fluffier and stuck to the meat better.

Reviewed Garlic Soup with Sauteed Sweet Shrimp

"Great Recipe. 5/5

NOTES: I needed an additional 20 mins to peel the shrimp, onions and garlic; total 1:15. Used dry tarragon and, as someone else mentioned, used a normal food processor to blend (before adding the cream and parma.

Also, let it cook 30 minutes before blending.
