Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"Great Recipe! My wife and I had never made a standing rib roast, but wanted to try something different for Christmas dinner with my family. Everyone just loved it! Our roast was 7 lbs, so the cooking time did vary a little, but turned out fantastic. We are considering making it for Easter, but have already been elected to make it again for Christmas!
