Reviewed Veal Scallopine with Madeira and Porcini Mushrooms

As I do with most recipes I changed it up a bit. Used baby portabella as my local store does not have porcinis. I kept the sauce proportions the same but only cooked enough veal for 2 so I had tubs of the tasty sauce. A nice bottle of wine and we had an excellent Saturday night dinner without leaving home. I will try with the porcini mushies next...
