Reviewed Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi with Quick Tomato Sauce

Made the gnocchi tonight they were amazzing! My family loved it. They were so light and tasty much preferred over potato gnocchi which usually is so dense. I love that you can make them in advance and have them in the fridge until you are ready to boil. The only thing I would change is to make them a little smaller but overall awesome! Thanks Anne
