I've made this salad twice because my family loved it! I used precooked roasted chicken in place of the chicken breasts. I placed pieces in the liquid to absorb some of the flavor before shredding it. Fantatic flavors! It's a keeper!

Deliciously Easy! I prepared the batter ahead of time, poured it into the ramekins and put them in the frig. Before I baked them I brought them to room temperature. I followed the recipe and it was a huge hit!

Thank you Paula and Jack #7! I've tried a new sweet potato recipe every year for Thanksgiving and I will search no longer. This was a HUGE HIT! I baked the sweet potatoes and made the sauce the day before, keeping them separate. Poured the sauce over the sweet potatoes when I was ready to bake them.
