AWESOME!! When my husband asked for an octopus dish...I said erg... Recipe was spot on with everything and quite easy to do. Cooking time for octopus was accurate. The only change I did was to use balsamic ving. dressing instead of the plain balsamic vinegar. I never had octopus before but this dish has become my favorite. Needless to say, hubbie "

Loved this recipe. Although the recipe didn't tell you what to do with the 2 divided ingredients, I used most of the olive oil in the pan to brown the fish.
