I used 2 cups of cream. 3 cups of assorted cheese: parm, guyere and mozzerella. I cooked it for 2 hours! I brought it to a party and it was gone in minutes. Very good recipe. I only got one bite! I made this and it was so very easy. It turned out wonderfully. I brought it to two social gatherings and people drank it up. I have read that limoncello should sit in the peels for 40 days and in the sugar water for 40 days, but I must say this turned out so tasty and refreshing that I don't know if that is needed. I will make this again. "

Excellent recipe. Nice spice and sweetness. I used zinfandel vinegar as I didn't have apple cider vinegar. I also didn't put carrots, but broccoli in. I would make it again. This would be great to take to a picnic or BBQ....everyone will be wanting the recipe. This is my first recipe that I have made from the Neelys. "

I followed the recipe to a tee. It was runny. The meat was tough. I think it needs to cook slowly longer. I finally put in some cornstarch to thicken it. The flavor of the sauce was very nice...it just wasn't a nice consistency and with tough meat.
