Reviewed Southern Cornbread Stuffing

This recipe was awesome. I had to tweak a few things such as the amount of stock and eggs. I used 4 eggs instead of 5 and little less than 7 cups of stock. The cooking time was not enough so I ended up cooking it for about 1 hour. It was very loose but after sitting for a bit it tightened up. It was a hit and I am planning to make it again this year....
