Reviewed Sausage Brioche Dressing

Nov 26, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on Food Network

I have made tons of stuffing/dressing in my life. This was pronounced the best ever in my household. I made it because i wanted to do something outside of the bird and also something without things my son doesn't like. These were great; even my pickiest eater enjoyed them.

I wish I'd doubled the recipe as I could have sipped it all night....

Reviewed Peas with Shallots and Pancetta

Like some others, I made it with bacon instead of pancetta. This was a very tasty and simple way to dress up frozen peas. My family loved it on Thanksgiving.

Reviewed Pumpkin Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for Thanksgiving. I went with a chocolate frosting instead of the glaze though as I thought it would please my picky eater more. They were a huge hit. Moist and delicious and super easy.
