Good recipe, the sauce was excellent! Definately will double the sauce next time. It took a long time to prep everything though, totally of 2 1/2 hrs with cooking, but it was tasty. "

Amazing!! I absolutely loved it :) Only change is to add the garlic and ginger to the broccoli about the last minute it is done cooking so that it doesn't burn. "

Love Love Love it!!! It was tasty and moist with the oil and butter, everyone ate it right up and it was their favorite part of the whole meal. I didn't use ciabatta bread, but used tuscany bread and it was great."

Reviewed Marinara Sauce

May 25, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I didn't really care for how the marinara turned out, it lacked flavor. I even added fresh herbs like basil and oregano which helped the flavor alot but not sure if I will try this one again. "

Reviewed Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken

May 15, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

The chicken was delicious and so tender. The bacon was an interesting compliment that went perfectly with everything else. The only issue I had was that the lemons and garlic in the pan burned and ruined my roaster. I am assuming it was from the bacon grease dripping down, but it was still a great eat!"

May 10, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

These tasted so good! I had some trouble cooking them though, because I cooked them for the 30 minutes and they seemed done when I poked it with a toothpick but then the middle was completely undercooked. So I put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes. I also think there was too much chocolate used in the recipe, I think 1 lb would be enough "

Reviewed Chicken Parmesan

May 8, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I modified a few things to this recipe but it was so good when it was done. Instead of brushing the chicken with the herbs in olive oil, I dipped the chicken in flour, egg and then seasoned dry bread crumbs mixed with the herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley). For the marinara sauce, I sauteed the garlic, onion, and celery then added a jar of marinara "

It was very good and the sauce by itself seemed strong with the lemon but on the chicken it was a perfect balance.
