Reviewed baked spaghetti

Feb 10, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

My family loved this dish. Everyone requested the recipe. I left out the olives and used tomatoes with jalepino peppers and garlic, so it gave it a little kick. I made it 3 days before I baked it and the flavors really meld together.

This turned out fabulous for me, everyone loved it. I followed the recipe exactly, except I baked it for 1 hour 15 minutes and didn't open the oven door until the timer went off. After reading the other reviews, I knew to bake it longer. It came out perfect. I let it cool 2 hours before taking it out of the pan. I will make it again. My guests sai"

Reviewed Sweet and Spicy Grilled Salmon

Aug 7, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This was an excellent way to make salmon. It has a little kick to it, but not too spicy. My husband normally hates anything sweet with fish, but the brown sugar just helped it to carmelize without adding sweetness. The sauce and mayo mixture I used as a dip for people to use with the salmon...all very good. I didn't cook it as long as the recipe s"

I followed the recipe exactly. The dressing was extremely bland, so I added some Dijon mustard and garlic powder and lots of salt and pepper. It tasted OK. Honestly I think a bottle of Italian dressing would give it better flavor. The salad ingredients were a good combination of flavors. I will make again, but use Italian dressing, easier and bett"

Reviewed Strawberry Rhubarb Margaritas

Jun 21, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

These are very refreshing and a nice change from the standard margarita. The strawberries on the bottom of the glass is a nice touch, so you get a little bit of strawberry with each sip. I did cut the tequila down to 1 cup and the rhubarb syrup, I added 1/2 cup. My guests did like them. The leftover cooked rhubarb from making the syrup I used over"

Anne totally missed the mark on this recipe. I followed it exactly as well and it did not thicken. It tastes good, but is not a preserve, more of a topping to use over ice cream. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone! "

This salad is fresh and light. I did make some changes to the dressing, it was too lemony and tart so I added 1 tbls. of honey to it and 1 tsp of dijon mustard it lighted it up. I also let it chill for 1 hour before serving. I'll make again with the changes. Great for summer."

Best recipe ever! I've tried several different variations of beef shortribs, this one is the best. This will be my "go to" recipe for shortribs."

The eggrolls are very tasty. I made large batches of them and froze them to keep on hand for appetizers. I made chicken, turkey, shrimp and pork all equally good. I agree the avocado didn't add that much flavor or zip to the recipe, so next time I will leave that out. This is a keeper, my family loves them."
