"I did a trial run to see if I will bring this to a potluck sunday. OMG!!!!! it is wonderful! So delicious I cannot stop eating it.
the onions did take me longer to cook into that deep caramel color but worth it. Next time I will allow them to get even a bit crispy for the garnish.
