Reviewed Seared Ahi Tuna and Salad of Mixed Greens with Wasabi Vinaigrette

I had to change it up a bit because they didn't have wasabi paste at the store, so I used dijon instead. The tuna was excellent. I was afraid that the amount of seasoning was going to overwhelm the fish, but it was perfect. Definitely will be making this again.
