Reviewed Light Chicken Potpie

"DE-LICOUS!! Who said this recipe is light? It doesn't taste light! I followed advice of others, 3 1/2 cups broth and doubled the crust. So good and easy!""

Reviewed Crostata with Apples, Walnuts and Gorgonzola

"Excellent, easy to make! I made it more like a regular pie, no walnuts and no gorgonzola and it was delicious. I made one with apples and one with peach and thought they both came out fantastic! I always had trouble making pie crust and this is a nice alternative. For the second one I made I did not have quite enough marscapone so I also used some cream cheese and it came out great!
