"Well first of all, I used Chicken & Turkey Dogs. Secondly, it is true if you cook them for 15-20 min. the cheese melts out and the dogs to curl up.
I then reduced the cooking time to 10-13 min. and they didn't curl up but the cheese did still melt out. When working with the phyllo dough it is pretty hard to wrap 1/2 dog into a mummy look. I found"

"I made the cheese ball in advance and thought it was somewhat bland. I went back and made my "OWN" cheeseball which is vibrant in flavor. However I am making my cheeseball with Paula's Decorating Idea for the Goblin.
