Reviewed Scallops with Cabbage and Capers

Sep 11, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is great, but the cabbage always burns under the broiler. Anyone have suggestions?"

Love it! Seriously one of the best things I've ever eaten. I only halved the squash so the butter mixture had a little well to sit in, and I lost less seasonings to the baking dish. I made this without ham because I'm vegetarian, and it was still delicious! Every ingredient complimented the other perfectly. I charred the outside of the bread a little and it added to the flavor. I'm making it again tonight!"
