"It was good, but I would do without the parsley - I made it without parsley on accident and liked it better. Also be careful not to burn the cabbage in the broiler - make sure scallops are covering the cabbage completely, or cook them separately. "

Reviewed Sugar and Spice Acorn Squash

"Love it! Seriously one of the best things I've ever eaten. I only halved the squash so the butter mixture had a little well to sit in, and I lost less seasonings to the baking dish. Then I mashed it and ate it right out of the rind. Tastes like delicious pumpkin pie - can't wait for Thanksgiving just so I can show this off! "

Reviewed Banana Walnut Bread

"Absolutely delicious. I made it for father's day with no electric mixer and it still turned out heavenly. Make sure you sift your flour and toast the walnuts, but don't burn! I added an extra banana and made sure not to overcook - I think it made it extra moist and sweet. In the future I will take some of the sugar out because of the extra banana"

"I made this without ham because I'm vegetarian, and it was still delicious! Every ingredient complimented the other perfectly. I charred the outside of the bread a little and it added to the flavor. I'm making it again tonight!"
