"This could be one of my new favorites things! I couldn't find yellow split peas, so I used green and you definitely should go through the effort of using fresh coconut. This not only drew me in with the smells but the colors were fresh and appetizing!"
"This is really good but beware it is rather spicy. Next time I'll use only half of the serano pepper. Still rather yummy!"
"Delicious! This was super easy and yummy! I love you Aarti! I am so glad you are foodnetwork and I can learn to make these wonderful dishes!"
"Soooooooooooo good! This was super easy to make and came out way better than any jarred Tikka i've had!"
Reviewed Chickpea and Artichoke Masala
"This was delicious. I doubled the chickpeas and left out the artichoke hearts and it turned out great!"
Reviewed Lebanese Meat-Stuffed Pitas (Arayes
"This is yummy! The recipe doesn't specify what kind of beef to use, so I used ground chuck. I think next time I will try a less fatty beef, but the flavor was great! Definitely comfort food. :)"
Reviewed Pumpkin Bread
"This is really great bread. I made this from the pumpkins that we carved. After we scraped out the seeds, I scraped down the insides with a scrapper tool to make the pumpkin easier to carve and the pumpkin shredded as I scraped. So I was able to get the seeds to toast and the fresh pumpkin before carving. It made for a great night of fun. My only regret is putting the pumpkin seeds in because they ended up being really chewy in the bread and I didn't care for that. But overall the flavor was great!
Reviewed Crunch Top Apple Pie
"This is good but even after cutting back on the sugar it was a little too sweet for me. I also cut back on the applesauce but didn't like the texture it gave the pie. It seemed almost store bought and not in a good way. It is still good but I don't think I'll make this again. I would like something more traditional.
