Just finished making this. The only grip I have is why do all chefs reallsy show a small amount of prep time? This recipe said "8 minutes" Hello... on what planet. It took me about 45 minutes in prep work. Listened to other reviewers. Added spinach at the end, added more potatoes (because it was like a soup & not somewhat thick)simmered at the end...

Very easy to make. Substitions - used 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2 TBS. 5-spice, 4 garlic cloves, red pepper flakes, baby spinach, 2 pkg ramon noodles (without the bullion, 1/3 cup red wine and 4 cups reduced sodium chicken stock.
