Very tasty and fairly simple to make.... only reason it didn't get my 5 star approval is that the timing is way off. Crust took 15 minutes longer and even then it wasn't all browned, but i took it out because the edges were getting a little too crispy. Bake time on filling was WAY off too, i had to bake for almost an hour and increased temp to 40...
