Great recipe for the oven. I used a wild boar shoulder from a pig I killed a few days ago down in South Carolina. Changed a few things: Soaked the meat in apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and cayenne for about a day, added a little extra cayenne to the dry rub, and made my own bbq sauce from joy of cooking. Turned out fabulous. "
