Reviewed Good Eats Meatloaf

A good basis for meatloaf.
I adjusted some ingredients to my taste :no onions, added chilies and hot sauce in the mix.
It came out great. I was asked where I got the recipe. My guests had never had a spicy Meatloaf before. I told my them where and what I did to it. They plan on tring to cook it themselves.

This is a graet version. Close to how I rember scallop potatoes tasting. The only adjustments I'll make next time is to add a full cup of white cheddar cheese 3/4 cup wasn't enough for my personal liking. Plus I left out the onions and scallions, cut the flour amount just short of a 1/2 cup & used heavy cream ,and, added ham.
