Reviewed Chocolate Almond Brickle

I am embarrassed to say this but I didn't time heating the chocolate and my thermometer never reached 280. But the next thing I knew there was smoke and a ruined mass which I threw in the woods for the raccoons. Next time I will time for around 7 minutes and forget the thermometer.
