Overall I liked this pie recipe and will use it again. I cut back on the sugar and added some lemon zest to the filling since I always like that combo when I am making a blueberry pie. I found 3 cups of berries was not enough and added about another half cup. I have made many pie crusts from scratch. This one was too dry and I did add some water...

This recipe is easy and fantastic. I've made it several times and it has always been a success. It's important to crush the graham crackers finely, and getting the crust even is a challenge, but that done, it's delicious. So good in fact that I cannot get this as a dessert in a restaurant anymore because nothing compares!""

This has become my go-to banana bread recipe. Great every time, even tastier with 1/2 cup wheat germ in place of 1/2 cup flour. My family loves it. Cooking time can be a bit low, but easy to monitor. ""
