Reviewed Potatoes Au Gratin

A new take on an old classic dish. I added more of both cheeses and forgot the paprika. It did seem to take a little longer to cook than the recipe calls for. Potatoes were in the oven for 1.5 hours and the potatoes at the bottom of the dish were a teeny bit crunchy still. Still a huge hit at the party.

Outstanding! Guests raved and raved about this dish. Skin was super tasty! Had a huge Whole Foods ham for Christmas and there was still a ton of glaze leftover. Great for leftovers :)

Reviewed Spiced Nuts

Made for a great appetizer ! Right after I finished and the nuts were still hot, I tried them and wasn't so sure about this recipe. The taste was off. But, after they were dried and cooled for a bit, they were a huge hit! I'll definitely try this again next season.
