This was delicious. I did cut down the salt, and it was perfect. The only thing I'll do different next time is add a little water or broth to the pan to try to get more juices to make gravy. We had a little, but the gravy was so delicious, we definitely could have used more.

Reviewed Pork Chops with Squash and Sage

I made this last night and it was excellent - the pork, squash and sauce went together perfectly. I'm not always a big fan of pork chops, but I absolutely loved this dish.

I got a huge squash and roasted some diced pieces in another pan to use later this week for the ramen recipe in the same issue!

Reviewed 20-Minute Shrimp and Couscous With Yogurt-Hummus Sauce

The flavors were all great, but I don't think the couscous worked well with the shrimp and dip. Next time I think I'll do the shrimp, dip, and maybe some roasted vegetables and potatoes, or herbed pita or something along those lines. I doubled the hummus in the dip, and used the dill, and it was really, really good with the shrimp. "

I wish I read the reviews first... I LOVE cheese, but the cheese in this recipe could easily be cut in half or less and it would still be good. Now I'm bummed to have wasted all those calories... I'll probably make it again, with MUCH less cheese. "
