Reviewed Sliced Poached Chicken with Light and Lemony Gravy

With just that little the dish was still incendiary! I may try it again without the chipotles so I can actually taste what the soda and other seasonings do for the pork.""

I made this as light on the sodium as I could by eliminating the use of the kosher salt and cooking my pasta without salt. The bacon is the big sodium offender in this recipe. So I also used about half of the bacon the recipe called for, and chose a low sodium bacon (yes there really is one,) and didn't warm the tomatoes etc in the bacon grease...

WONDERFUL! I made this for my husband with a couple of changes to accomodate his low salt diet and it was incredible. Thanks Giada"
