Reviewed Polenta and Chicken Tartlets
"Had trouble finding the instant polenta at my grocery store. Used pie crust cut in 2" rounds instead. Baked them in cupcake pans to make tartlets. Cooled and added the chicken mixture with a little added parmesean. Everyone loved them! Definitely a keeper."
