"was not disappointed with this recipe.Cut the recipe in half (did not want a ton of leftovers). Changed it a little Only used a dash of nutmeg, some people posted it was a bit to much, I did not add the cayenne pepper (had none in the house, used a teaspoon of reg mustard ( never bought dry mustard but I may now), I also added two spoons more of butter. IT WAS GREAT! my 19 year old son who always comments on how things taste with honesty was impressed with it. This may be my new go to mac and cheese recipe...waiting for my husband to taste it latter , hes been after me to try a new recipe...bored with the old one.always told him to search one out but he didnt. Bacon adds a nice kick to it
