DELICIOUS!!! I love angel food cakes! My husband has Celiac so I used Gluten Free All Purpose flour blend and it was PERFECT!!! I do wish low ratings were not given to a recipe simply because it didn't work out for the bakers, or they couldn't get an ingredient.
