Reviewed Flat Iron Steak with Red Wine Sauce

I found this recipe to be very good. My flat iron steaks were very thick. I needed to adapt with a oven season after the pan, at 350. I was very please with the cut and the sauce. Didn't change anything. I used decent wine, my sauce was not sour. I was patient and allowed the sauce to get thick. Very, very nice."
