"I have tried this twice. The first time it seemed to be missing something, so I tried it again, with a few alterations. I added a clove of minced garlic, 3T white wine, a dash of red pepper flakes, and a 1 T. sugar to the tomato, olive oil, caper mix and it came alive! It was soooo good! Everyone who tried it loved it and went home with the recipe. Awesome! thanks, Giada!
