I have tried this twice. The first time it seemed to be missing something, so I tried it again, with a few alterations. I added a clove of minced garlic, 3T white wine, a dash of red pepper flakes, and a 1 T. sugar to the tomato, olive oil, caper mix and it came alive! It was soooo good! Everyone who tried it loved it and went home with the recipe....
