Reviewed Butterflied Chicken with Thyme, Lemon and Garlic

This chicken was awesome! It was moist and flavorful. I didn't have any fresh thyme so I used rosemary, which worked out fine. I had never butterflied a whole chicken before, but it was really easy. I just found a video on you tube. I'm looking forward to the leftover chicken tomorrow. "
