All in all I thought that this recipe was very good. The only thing I would caution people about is the amount of salt. I didn't have time to make my own breadcrumbs (even if I had time I don't think that I would have made my own anyway)so I used seasoned breadcrumbs, and with the grated cheese and the salt that the recipe calls for the meatbal...
