Reviewed Classic Yellow Cupcakes with Milk Chocolate Frosting

I used a mix of butter and shortening, added a tbsp of canola oil, and decreased the flour slightly. I used a stand mixer and whipped the sugar, fats, eggs and vanilla then added the milk and dry ingredients as directed in the recipe. They are fluffy and not cornbread-like at all!
