Ouhh Ls La ! This was easy and very tasty. I used left over meat balls, shredded with just a little ketchup, mustard, and chile powder on a simmer. I boiled the beef dogs until plumb then grilled for the trademarks and topped with cheese for the ultimate chili dog.

Wow this recipe backs a surprising kick. We loved it especially the peanut sauce. We used precooked boneless chicken breast and chuncked it into the sauce before mixing the vegetables. Yes we went back for seconds because it isn't very heavy on the stomach. Thanks for a great dish. The time invested was definetly rewarding.
