My fondest childhood memories are of my Italian grandmother, cooking and entertaining with boundless love. My Irish grandmother gave me my first cookbook when I was 9 years old. Family and food fill my heart with joy.
Favorite Foods
My favorite foods include eggplant and garden fresh vegetables. Although Italian cookies may be my absolutely favorite food.
