Reviewed Sweet and Spiced Pecans
"I was left dissappointed with this recipe. I did not even cook the pecans the whole time and they were almost burnt. Whenever I try a new recipe, I always follow it to the letter. To me, the black pepper was way overpowering. I still enjoy the show though."
Reviewed Peanut Butter-Caramel Pound Cake
"The caramel sauce was the bomb! I had issues with the cake though. When I checked it at 55 minutes, the cake was still very jiggly in the middle so I added 10 more minutes. When I tested it with a toothpick, the center still had a lot of mix so I checked a couple of other spots and they were fine, so I took it out to cool. It looked great but after is started to cool, the center fell in. I don't know what I did wrong but will attempt again. The taste is awesome, hence the 4 stars.
Reviewed Mexican Chocolate Pecan Pie
"I just watched the recorded episode tonight and she says to use 10 ounces of Maria cookies or graham crackers not 10 cookies as is shown on the recipe. That may be the problem. I still plan on making it soon.

"I have made this twice in one week. Both times it came out perfect. Made exactly as written without any problems. Cooked it for the 1 hour as written. I've already been asked for the recipe 3 times. Will definitely be making this again and again!
