I made this for my husband and it was a huge hit, full of flavor, the chicken was moist and sinfully delicious. I used all fresh herbs from my own herb garden & I had a meyer lemon on hand so I zested that into the sauce. Try this you will not be disappointed thanks Geoffrey

These are incredible and addictive. I knew before I made them I would love them (I am a huge fan of rice crispy treats of any kind, so I doubled the recipe, and they were gone in less than 24 hours. I gave them to friends and family and the response back to me was " WOW", those are good. So I will be making these often."

I did add a large carrot (grated and saute' with the onions, just to add a hidden vegetable that the grandkids would not know was in there). I used fat free half and half. My husband loves this along with my father in law. I ate some and it was good, however I like my peaches washed and eaten all by their juicy self.
