Reviewed Chocolate Spiced Pork Chops
"This spice rub is so good. I also brined my pork chops for several hours before hand to ensure juiciness! Also, really sear the crap out of them. The parts with a little bit of char are the best part with this rub! I can't wait to use it on other meats.
