Ended up moist and holds together well, but not my "cup of tea". Followed the directions to the "T", but would have preferred my own recipe. In this day and age this is an expensive version to make, especially if you have to buy your own fresh herbs. Loved the garlic sauce, but will try making it with a rue to save time. Found the meatloaf tasty, but too moist, so will cut back the broth in the stuffing part next time. Roux needed butter for browning the flour and adding more flavor. Did not need but a splash of milk for the potatoes. Will make these adjustments the next time I try this. Like the general idea, but I really love roasted turkey and find it very "

Do not cook on high for only four hours, it comes out too tough and does not shred well. I'll try again on low at eight hours, which might increase the flavor, also.

Pork chops were perfectly done with a simple seasoning! My first time making grits, I used non-fat milk and they turned out very nicely. My cheese might have been too mild and a few more spices might have enriched the flavor. My husband thought the grits were great and had three helping!
