Like several others here, mine came out like soup. There's definitely something lacking with the instructions, because I followed them precisely. It looked soupy to me when I poured it into the shell, but I figured that would change once it cooled, and that I had better just follow instructions. Oh well, guess this is one dessert we won't be having...

This is my favorite cheesecake to make -- it's always a winner. However regarding the instructions above, the notion that this only needs 45 minutes to cook is WAY off. An 8-inch cheesecake is going to be very thick, plus doing the water-bath thing increases the time significantly, plus this thing only cooks at 325 degrees. Count on at least half...
